With Crest Corporation

Twin Pavilion
is a simple custom-designed masterpiece nestled in the picturesque landscapes of Kiambu County. Designed for a couple transitioning into their next chapter as empty nesters, this home embodies a sense of openness, light, and a deep connection with nature. The design brought their vision to life, creating a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living that is both modern and timeless.

The couple’s desire for an open-plan living area, oriented westward to capture the warmth of the setting sun, is beautifully realized. A glass deck extends from the main living space, creating a fluid transition to the outdoors, where the golden hues of sunset can be fully appreciated.

The hallmark of Twin Pavilion is its striking monopitch roofs, expressed both externally and internally. Inside, the exposed OSB board and steel rafters give the ceilings a distinctive sense of volume and character, enhancing the home's modern aesthetic while maintaining a warm, inviting atmosphere. A skylight in the hallway floods the interiors with natural light, ensuring a vibrant and bright living environment throughout the day.

Parking is conveniently located at the lowest section of the site, leading through a spacious front garden carefully leveled to provide an expansive view for the bedrooms.
